We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead one of our fantastic pub teams. You’ll support the General Manager, inspire the front of house team, deliver memorable guest experiences and help run a successful, welcoming pub at the heart of its local community.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key member of the pub leadership team, helping to deliver brilliant service, coach talented people, manage busy shifts and support commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the gastro pub

· Leading, motivating and developing the front of house team

· Delivering warm, memorable guest experiences and high service standards

· Running successful shifts across bar, eatery and events service

· Helping to manage sales, labour, stock, standards, compliance and team performance

· Creating a positive, inclusive and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Pub Supervisor, Floor Manager or hospitality team leader — or if you’re ready to step up into your first management role.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

· Passionate about hospitality, pubs, food, drink and memorable guest experiences

· A natural people person who enjoys coaching, supporting and developing others

· Positive, kind, approachable and confident leading a team

· Organised, hands-on and calm during busy services

· Commercially aware, with an interest in sales, standards and business performance

· Looking for long-term career progression in hospitality management
