We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware and people-focused Deputy Manager to help lead one of our fantastic pub teams. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, take ownership of busy shifts, inspire the front of house team, support business performance and help run a successful, welcoming pub at the heart of its local community.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll be a senior member of the pub leadership team, helping to deliver brilliant service, coach and develop talented people, drive sales, manage standards and support the commercial success of the pub.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day leadership of a fantastic gastro pub

· Taking ownership of shifts and leading the team with confidence, energy and care

· Coaching, motivating and developing front of house team members and future leaders

· Delivering warm, memorable guest experiences and consistently high service standards

· Managing sales, labour, stock, standards, compliance and team performance

· Helping to drive revenue, guest satisfaction and commercial results

· Creating a positive, inclusive and well-organised working environment

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Pub Manager, Floor Manager or senior hospitality team leader — especially if you’re ready to take on more responsibility and progress your hospitality management career.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

· Passionate about hospitality, pubs, food, drink and memorable guest experiences

· A confident leader who enjoys coaching, supporting and developing others

· Positive, kind, approachable and able to set the tone for the team

· Organised, hands-on and calm when leading busy services

· Commercially aware, with experience managing sales, labour, standards and performance

· Ready to step up, take ownership and progress towards senior pub management
